Polish Poster Postin'

It's not exactly a secret that movie posters in Poland can be just a bit Odd compared to their American counterparts. Of course, when it comes to art, Odd can be a pretty good thing.
Let's take a pause to just enjoy some examples, and perhaps absorb some context for later posts, hm? To get a decent overview, i'm going for quantity here - 20 posters presented at a smaller than usual size:

AIRPLANE!

ALIENS

BLUES BROTHERS

ESCAPE FROM THE PLANET OF THE APES

GANDHI

GONE WITH THE WIND

JAWS

JAWS 2

PULP FICTION

RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK

ROSEMARY'S BABY

SEX, LIES, AND VIDEO TAPE

TERMS OF ENDEARMENT

THE BIG LEBOWSKI

THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK

THE GRADUATE

THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW

THE SEVEN SAMURAI

TRADING PLACES

YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN

Let me just say that the posters for their home grown films get a fair bit odder.

But looking at Polish movie posters has recently led me to ponder...   What do Polish comic book covers look like?  (Bet you can guess what's coming)
