Sunday Morning Trip

50 years back in 1968 was the focal point of the counter cultural revolution. It was the biggest societal shift in this country, among others, perhaps foreshadowing days to come. We'll see.

I'm going to step on someone else's toes (Hiya, Groovy! Welcome to the blog roll) and label the period of about a half dozen years on either side of '68 as The Groovy Age. I'll be hanging out there for a fair bit on my regular cultural archeology digs, and we'll be seeing a lot of it here. That's already started, as you may have noted, but i figured we should shove it out to center stage and hit the spotlights.

And so, for our Sunday Morning Funnies we're boarding the Groove Train and cruising on back through the odd times...
